We hope you love your purchase, however, if you are not satisfied after receiving your items, please contact us at sales@housewrightgallery.com or at 206-566-6117 within 14 days of your purchase.
We do not issue refunds but are happy to provide you with a store credit.
Artwork and Custom Orders are Final Sale.
Items can go out from the store on approval for 24 hours with a credit card on file.
Items can be placed on hold for up to 2 days.
Trade approvals/hold times may vary but are not to exceed one week.
Trade rentals are not to exceed 2 days unless extended time is agreed upon. A fee of 10% of full retail value will be charged unless item(s) are purchased at a value greater than the rental fee.
Purchased items storage is not to exceed 1 week. A storage fee will be applied to purchased items after 7 days.
Vintage and found items are sold as-is.
To ship large items, we can suggest preferred freight vendors if needed.
